STEAM SAUNAS vs INFRARED
Traditional Finnish steam saunas use hot stones and water to create steam and humidity to heat the body
They operate at a higher temperature (approx..90 degrees) to infrared saunas (approx.. 60 degrees)
The hot, steamy, humid atmosphere of a traditional sauna is preferred by people seeking an authentic ‘Finnish’ sauna experience.
Infrared saunas are preferred by people wanting a cooler dryer experience.
Assembly Notes
- Screws for roof shingles and their decorative edge plates are not included.
- A licensed electrician is required to wire the heater plug and the optional light (which is included)
- A mallet is included but some tools are needed: drill or impact driver, level, spanner and measuring tape.
